Position summary


Generating meaningful impact from the internet marketing standpoint to support the company’s goals and objectives. Responsible for setting the right infrastructure design, conducting performance optimizations, and doing market analysis to generate insights and new strategy.


Responsibility


Market Analysis

  • Analyze a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for the recommendation of marketing and business strategy
  • Provide planning and strategy for each channel and campaigns based on market trends and insights to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Provide recommendation & insights, collaboration with the product team to improve user experience, traffic, conversion, online content based on SEO, Paid Search and Google Analytics data
  • Evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

     

  Performance Optimizations

  • Responsible for managing Paid Search Marketing campaign for Bridestory & Parentstory
  • Manage tactical display campaign execution (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display)
  • Track, measure, & optimize all digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, Spend, etc)
  • Manage Digital Marketing Reporting, target, and budget
  • Connect with external parties in relation to digital marketing tools (eg: Facebook, Google)


Infrastructure Design

  • Ensuring the infrastructures and integrations of digital marketing tools are done properly, eg: Manage, audit, and help to set up the necessary tags for the respective channel (conversion, dynamic remarketing, pixels) and also oversee the implementation
  • Ensure all campaign tracking for Web and app is in place and viewable in analytics tools.
  • Identifying key items and help build essential aspects to enhance the Digital Marketing Team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

 Requirement 

  • Min. Bachelor degree (S1) from a top university, Quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) is preferable
  • Min. 1 year of experience in developing a digital marketing strategy based on market and performance insights
  • Min. 2 years of experience running and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience in setting up integrated digital marketing infrastructure for a tech platform is preferrable
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights
  • Impact-driven and growth mindset - willingness to learn new knowledge and develop new skills independently
  • Able to extract data and insights from key analytic tools, especially Google Analytics and Firebase
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Aptitude for analytical and quantitative work
  • Execution focused, fast learner and strong team player
  • Good time-management skills, with adaptability to meet tight deadlines
