Position summary 

Responsible for developing acquisition strategies, finding wedding-related businesses to join aboard as new vendors in Bridestory platform. 


Area of Responsibility 

  • Identify prospects; online or offline wedding-related businesses across categories
  • Collect and build contact database of unregistered wedding businesses/ vendors across cities in Indonesia
  • Align and work closely with Internal team; Support Team and Data Team to support with the database crawling 
  • Contact prospective vendors and give business introduction through cold-call or other communications alternatives
  • Give good product knowledge and business understanding to prospective vendors
  • Influences and convince prospected vendors to join and register on our platform
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with each vendor 
  • Assist vendors through the whole account registration process
  • Work closely with Support Team to review vendor’s content for publishing purposes 
  • Compile data and create daily vendor acquisition activity 
  • Report weekly Acquisition progress and strategy 


Position Requirements 

  1. Min. bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring Economy Management/ Communication/ PR/ Administration. Fresh Grad are welcome to apply.
  2. Having experience in Sales/ Telemarketing is a GREAT plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  3. Excellent computer skills (Ms Office)
  4. Familiar with web and online portals for administration 
  5. Active in social media
  6. Excellent time-management skills, know how to prioritize and multitask 
  7. Attention to Detail
  8. Knowledge in wedding industry 
  9. Excellent reporting, quick learner, persuasive, enthusiastic and creative
