POSITION SUMMARY 

Responsible for managing administrative support to ensure efficient operation such as achievement report, Event (BSM and BSF Report), Invoice, Vendor Data Request (NPWP), Tax Invoice, Report Carousel Ads. 


AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Maintain and update data monthly achievement (Subscription & BrideStoryPay ) from each Business Manager
  • Align with finance if there are any amount discrepanc
  • Align with team event for any discrepancy 
  • Help data collection from vendor (NPWP) 
  • Help with invoicing and collection (collect giro from vendor) 
  • Help with follow up tax invoice from tax consultant, collection and deliver to vendor
  • Help with list of venue who need to submit Withholding tax slip
  • Maintain and update total booth reports from each events, how many sold, what vendor, each BM achievement, each vendor discount and all data collection from vendor 
  • Handle ad- hock report request and queries from Group head 
  • Maintain and update Carousel Ads report 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) 
  • Fresh Grad are welcome 
  • Having experience in Business Administrator is a GREAT plus 
  • Understand servicing mindset and basic administration stuff, genuine desire to meet the needs of others, diligent and accurate
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (Ms.Office)
  • Patient & Fast learner
