About The Job:
Have Fun: Bridestory’s Business Manager works in a fast-paced culture and should thrive on helping and assisting wedding vendors and wedding venues to sustain and grow their businesses. This means that you should also act as a consultant and listen to vendor’s problems and learn how Bridestory can help them. You also will work with revenue and sales targets.
Make a Difference:
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with various wedding vendors to help grow their business. Through a consultative sales process, our Business Manager build relationships with vendors and venues of various sizes, advise them on best business practices, and stay ahead of technology and industry trends in the wedding (venue) space (such as, social media marketing, online bookings, etc.)
Personal and Professional Growth:
A key part of the consultative sales process includes teaching business owners about Bridestory's unique product and services and the value that Bridestory’s platform and services can bring to their daily lives. As well as learning about what else Bridestory can offer to the wedding vendors and wedding venues to make their lives easier.
Our Business Manager participate in ongoing training specially designed not only to make them an expert on Bridestory’s platform and services, but also to strengthen their sales skills. As an Business Manager you are expected to manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, pitching, closing and pipeline management.
The compensation is determined by the quality of your work, customer satisfaction and proven performance.
