The Assistant will manage team calendar and schedules, as well as provide any administrative support needed for the team. 

  • Conduct clerical duties including filing, responding to e-mails and preparing documents 
  • Perform accounting tasks including invoicing and coordinating payment schedule 
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and travel arrangements 
  • Provide administrative support for team 

  • Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) 
  • Minimum 2 year experience working in an office setting 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suites 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise projects 
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
